Ed Boyer, the CEO of Cambridge West of the Desert, not only brings to the desert a level of experience that’s deep in knowledge and sources of elegant furnishings but also that is sensitive to the dynamic and personal needs of service.  From his decades as a Home Furnishing, Lamp and Accessory buyer for two of California’s "grand ladies" of department stores, Bullocks and J.W. Robinson, he brings to the Valley’s trade showrooms an indispensable richness of professional knowledge and client care.

Throughout the interior design trade in Southern California the showroom is known for its extensive quality of custom upholstery, case goods and custom steel designs by the industry's most outstanding manufactures.  Our fabric department boasts the largest and most impressive list of the world's finest Fabric Houses.

Presently Cambridge West of the Desert has over 10,000 sq. ft. of display space, nearly half of which is dedicated to the presentation our our selected fabric vendors. We are located in Palm Desert, Ca one of the premier vacation and retirement stops in the world.
